Sophie McNay, the lady of the house, is an experienced Art Director and Graphic Designer who’s driving force is designs that are deeper than aesthetics. Designs that convert, designs that are built for maximum market impact and longevity. Sophie thinks of design much like baking. Yes, the exterior of your cake needs to reel you in for that initial first bite but if the ingredients are lacking and have not been carefully measured inside, nobody is coming back for round two.

With a bevy of experience across agency and direct, Sophie has a deep understanding of how good, and bad, design has a lasting impact on a brand.
